What is Lower Back Bench MED like?

Lower Back Bench MED is a specific multipurpose bench for floor exercise training in the lumbar area, the glutes, and the legs. Adjusting the height of the cushions allows you to perform the movement correctly and stably, whatever your physical condition, height, or weight.

How is it used?

Rest your pelvis on the bench and position your hips on the cushions and your feet on the lower platform. Keeping your forehead facing downward, perform a movement extending your torso upward.
