Meet the team

CEO: Shannon Hipp stepped into the health industry upon receiving her B.S. Exercise Science and Kinesiology, and Biomechanics from University in 1999. Upon graduation, she founded the Wellness Solutions, Inc. in order to distribute exercise equipment and flooring for community recreation, college sports facilities, gyms, and etc. Her main roles are to make major corporate decisions, manage the overall operations and resources of the company.
President: Timothy Hipp graduated from the Appalachian State University in 1999 as well as Shannon Hipp where they have met. Mostly, Timothy Hipp works in three different states providing fitness equipment and flooring. He takes a valuable role in Wellness Solutions by following and abiding by all industry standards, regulations, and laws. Moreover, he stays up to date on industry standards and any new innovations, materials, tools and/or processes that can benefit the company. He is a source of information for all sales, inventory, and product-knowledge concerns and work process matters. Lastly, Timothy Hipp is the founder of the RXR3 Recovery Lounge. In October of 2017, Tim combined his vast knowledge to answer a need for health recovery.
Vice President: Spencer Grigg has graduated from Western Carolina University. He is the founder of Specialized Fitness, Inc. that was sold to Wellness Solutions, Inc. in 2012. He has 25 years of experience in providing fitness equipment and flooring in North and South Carolina. Mainly, he works with Schools, Universities, Recreation Centers by sharing his experiences and providing the high quality products.
Manager: Dmytro Baklaiev has been with Wellness Solutions for seven years. He has a Master’s degree in Engineering and two bachelors’ degrees in Business Administration and Higher Mathematics. He is taking a key role in the Wellness Solutions, Inc. by working on smooth operations, customer satisfaction, planning, directing and overseeing the operations and health of each department. Moreover, he is responsible for overseeing and leading the service department, monitoring the progress of all current and pending projects, managing and updating invoices, processing new orders and tracking inventory.
Service Coordinator: Hedi Payzulaeva graduated from LCC International University and started working for WSI in 2015. She is responsible for effective service that includes coordinating and scheduling service calls in a timely manner, preparing service quotes and contracts for the clients, entering and tracking service jobs through Service Max, and etc. Wellness Solutions strives to satisfy each and every client by delivering professional and efficient customer service, offering advice, answering any questions and helping with any concerns
Technician: Todd Hipp has 20 years of experience in installing, repairing and maintaining a variety of fitness equipment. He is certified with Woodway, Technogym, TRUE, Freemotion, Keiser, Magnum, and etc. He is committed to providing the finest service possible. Todd is regularly sent to the manufacturing sites of our suppliers where he is educated in the most advanced equipment repair and installation procedures.
Executive Assistant: Matt Hasty has graduated from George Mason University. He has a proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills. He is working closely with Sales Reps and our customers to make sure all expectation and needs are met. Furthermore, he is working with Tim, Dmytro, and Hedi on course of action with transport, employees, and timeframe/dates to deliver the equipment
